Donald R. Knight and Lisa Fine Moses founded our firm with the concrete belief that criminal defense attorneys could be tenacious litigators and still care about clients and their problems.

We know that your case is the most important case to you. So we afford it the same priority that you would. We listen, we respond, and we offer solutions.

We also understand that communication is key. Because your future may hang in the balance, you have a right to know the status of your case at all times and the viability of all available options. We maintain regular, close contact with our clients, and our attorneys -- not associates -- are responsible for each case.

Our criminal defense team has a combined 30 years of almost daily experience protecting our clients’ rights. Our background includes actual trial experience in every kind of state and federal criminal case. Our results are evidence of our expertise. We have obtained not-guilty verdicts in seemingly impossible cases; we also have a record of successful dismissals and dispositions before cases ever reach trial.
